Do we need to upload content before every class?
No. There are 200 preloaded training experiences. Select the content you need in CMS instead of transferring files for each session.
Can learners who speak different languages train together?
The instructor can choose a language on the PC, or learners can select their language using a flag before the experience begins.
Can we keep using it without internet access?
Playback is possible offline, but the license needs renewal. The official FAQ says an internet connection refreshes the available training count to 100 sessions.
Do we need to buy all-new equipment?
A PC and charging cabinet are optional. You can purchase equipment separately; ask us to check compatibility.
How do upgrades and additional content work?
Contact your representative to request them. Upgrades may incur additional costs.
What should I check if a headset does not connect?
Check the PC's connection to the training Wi-Fi and whether content has been distributed to the headset.
Is after-sales service available?
Official guidance states one year of free support after delivery, excluding damage caused by improper use.
What should I prepare before contacting you?
Tell us your expected group size, venue, training frequency, existing equipment, and the work you want to cover.
