Privacy Policy

VENTA X Co., Ltd. (“Company”) values your personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This Policy explains how the Company processes and protects personal information through its website, VENTA CMS LBVR, and VENTA X apps.

Each service processes different information. Simply visiting the website does not cause website or LBVR inquiry data or app purchase data to be collected; such data is processed only when you use the relevant feature.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the following services operated by the Company:

Third-party app stores, social media services, and linked websites are governed by their respective privacy policies.

If a processing purpose changes, the Company will take the steps required by applicable law, including obtaining separate consent where required. Information voluntarily provided by email or telephone is processed to handle and respond to the inquiry.

The Company processes personal information within the disclosed purposes and does not provide it to third parties without your consent. It may disclose information only where specifically permitted or required by applicable law.

The Company uses the following provider to deliver its services. It establishes appropriate contractual safeguards and supervises the provider as required by applicable law.

Changes to providers or delegated tasks will be disclosed in this Policy. Inquiry emails currently use the AWS email-sending endpoint in the Seoul Region.

6. External Platforms and App Stores

VENTA X apps may be distributed through platforms such as Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro, and PICO. Payments and platform accounts are managed by the relevant platform operator. The Company receives only the transaction and usage information needed to deliver content and verify purchases. Each operator's privacy policy applies to information it processes independently.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The LBVR page may use a session cookie and browser local storage to save a random visitor identifier for analytics and service security. The identifier itself does not contain a name or email address.

You may block or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. General content remains available, although analytics continuity and certain security functions may be limited.

8. Deletion Procedures

The Company deletes personal information without undue delay when the retention period expires or the processing purpose is fulfilled. Information that must be retained under another law is separated from other data.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, suspension of processing of, or withdrawal of consent for your personal information. These rights may also be exercised through a legal or authorized representative. The Company may verify the identity and authority of the requester.

A request may be restricted in whole or in part where applicable law limits the right or requires continued retention; the Company will explain the reason.

10. Security Measures

The Company implements appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including least-privilege access, access-log controls, protected transmissions, security software, and physical access controls. Operational inquiry logs do not contain inquiry messages or contact details, and IP addresses are processed as one-way hashes.

11. Children Under 14

The Company's web inquiry service and VENTA X apps are not generally directed to children under 14. If the Company must process a child's personal information, it will obtain consent from a legal guardian and take other steps required by applicable law.
